1. Who we are
CUcomputer is a product of Community Shared SuperIntelligence Inc. ("CSSI", "we", "our", "us"), an enterprise AI platform built for credit unions and financial cooperatives. We operate cucomputer.com and the M.Intelligence platform at mintel.app. Access to the platform is invite-only and restricted to admitted member organizations.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When your organization invites you we collect your name, work email, and role.
- Usage data. Platform queries, dashboard interactions, and agent activity are logged to operate the service and provide audit trails to your organization.
- Connected data sources. When you connect a data source (such as Google Workspace, Google Analytics, or an ad platform) we access only the minimum data required to answer your queries or run authorized agents. You control which sources are connected and may revoke access at any time.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, browser type) retained for security monitoring.
3. Google API services — Limited Use disclosure
CUcomputer integrates with Google API Services to provide features including email performance analysis, advertising intelligence, website analytics, and data warehouse connectivity.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs and other Google API Services will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs and other Google API Services will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- Google user data is used only to provide or improve the features you explicitly requested. It is not used for advertising, to build user profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to the feature.
- Google user data is never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested feature (for example, sending a draft message the user composed and explicitly approved).
- Google user data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or AI model. AI inference uses your data only to generate your response — it is not retained or used to update any model.
- Humans do not read your Google data except at your direction or with your explicit consent for security or legal compliance purposes.
4. Third-party AI service providers
CUcomputer uses the following AI service providers. In each case your data is submitted only to answer your request and is subject to that provider's enterprise data handling commitments. None of these integrations share raw Google Workspace or Photos user data for training purposes.
- Anthropic (Claude models) — query reasoning, analysis, and report generation. Enterprise API — data not used for model training per Anthropic's enterprise data handling policy.
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service — embedding generation for semantic search. Processed under Microsoft's Azure enterprise data processing addendum; not used for model training.
- Google Gemini (via Google AI API) — media and content analysis. Processed under Google's enterprise API terms.
5. Data isolation and security
Each member organization operates in a dedicated, isolated cloud environment on Microsoft Azure. Your operational data never leaves your environment except to serve your explicit request. Aggregates crossing organizational boundaries are bounded by differential-privacy guarantees. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256). Platform access requires multi-factor authentication. No automated external action is taken without explicit human approval from an authorized user in your organization.
6. How we use your information
- Providing and operating the platform features you use
- Running intelligence agents authorized by your organization
- Generating analytics, reports, and AI-powered insights
- Sending service notifications required for platform operation
- Security monitoring, fraud detection, and audit logging
- Complying with legal obligations applicable to your jurisdiction
7. Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information or your organization's data. We share information only with cloud infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) under strict data processing agreements; with the AI service providers listed in Section 4 to process your requests; when required by law or court order; or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate advance notice.
8. Data retention
We retain account and usage data for the duration of your membership and for up to 90 days following termination, after which it is deleted. Your organization may request earlier deletion at any time.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. GDPR, PIPEDA, and CCPA rights are honoured for applicable members. Contact us at the address below — we respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party pixels.
11. Changes to this policy
Material changes require 30 days notice to affected members before taking effect. The effective date above is updated with each revision.
